Stripe Play Ochre Clay sari

This handmade sari is a stunning piece of art, crafted with Ajrakh technique, natural dyes, and hand-woven mulmul cotton. Inspired by the works of acclaimed artist Mark Rothko, each one is individually hand-painted for a unique and beautiful look.

Colour overlap, dye sprinkles and a few spot imperfections here and there are inherent to these saris. The painting technique includes 8-12 steps of printing, painting, dyeing and washing. Leaving the fabric ephemeral and supple.

**Do not starch, let the sari take its own shape and form as you wear it.
