Refund policy

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Indigne will exchange it within India purchase a 10 day exchange option from the order date. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with original tags attached. Please note, we do not have a return pick up service, you will have to send out the courier from your end.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return/ exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, or the exchange item will be shipped to you.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or there is a size issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item or something else, send us an email at info@indigenecraft.com and send your item to the following address:

The cost of shipping a return is the shipper’s responsibility. we are not responsible for any parcel that may be lost or damaged during shipment back to our warehouse, please share your shipping tracking code with us. We have the right to deny refunds if the returned items do not meet our return policy requirements.
