Hand block printed hand woven dress with knife pleat detail on the side panels. The sleeves are kimono inspired with dense hand embroidered texturing.

Handcrafted in India

Hand block printing is a traditional craft skill practiced  mostly in parts of western India (Gujrat & Rajasthan). The wooden hand carved blocks are dipped in print paste and then registered on the fabric, keeping great care of the design repeat and the color paste. Our summer 16 block prints are inspired by the geometric architectural structures and woven patterns of the German Bauhaus design philosophy.
