Hand embroidery is an intrinsic part of an Indigene garment. The fragility, imperfection and nuances of a hand embroidered garment takes one back in time. In today's world full of machine made objects, hand made elements are unique and precious. Indigene's women embroiderers have been a part of the label since inception. A group of migrant women from Bihar and Bengal now living in Delhi, some adept and some trained into the embroidery skill, make for our precious work force. Creating these beautiful garments, adding their hand skill for you to cherish and preserve.
And we hope you enjoy wearing them.
