If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Indigene will be happy to exchange it's within India purchases, a 10 day exchange option from the order date. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with original tags attached. Please note, we do not encourage RETURNS, as these are hand crafted products, and many a times "made to order", exchanges are only applicable to defective products or ones requiring size change. We will be happy to reverse pick the package in case of a defect or faulty product. In case you require an alteration to be made, please share the burden and send across the piece to us on your own, we will ship it back to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
**ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES**
Once your return/ exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you, and create a store credit for you, which will be valid for a year.
We prefer that only regular priced items may be exchanged, as SALE items might not have exchange options.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or there is a size issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item or something else, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

The cost of shipping a return is the shipper’s responsibility in case of alterations required. We will arrange for a reverse pick up if it is a damaged, defective or wrong product. We have the right to deny refunds if the returned items do not meet our return policy requirements.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-20 business days, depending upon "READY TO SHIP" or "MADE TO ORDER" status. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Indigene Craft is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Indigene Craft is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
